Use Crisco to grease pans, then flour pans. Beat wheat flour, 2 c. bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar, margarine and hot water for 3 minutes with mixer. Add 6 c. bread flour. Stir until dough is soft. Knead 100 times and put a bowl over the dough and leave 10 minutes. Put in bowl and cover with damp cloth and let rise until double in bulk (1 hour). Push dough down in bowl and cut into 4 pieces. Let rest on a board 15 minutes. Roll each piece and form into loaves and put in pans. Prick with fork to get air out. Let rise in pan until it ovals over the top. Bake 375º for 30 minutes.
