1 c shortening
2 eggs, beaten
¾ c. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. 100% Bran
1 tsp. salt
2 packages yeast
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ¼ c. warm water with 1 tsp. sugar. Pour boiling water over Bran and cool until lukewarm. Pour yeast mixture into Bran mixture and add eggs, shortening, sugar and 1 c. lukewarm water. Add salt and flour. Refrigerate several hours. Make into rolls and bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
