1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
1 (2 oz.) envelope whipped topping mix
1 (3 oz.) package lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pears, reserving juice. Add water, if necessary, to reserved juice to make one cup. Set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in reserved liquid. Place cream cheese in blender jar. Add hot gelatin mixture. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill until thick and syrupy. Mash pears with fork. Prepare whipped topping mix with milk and vanilla according to package directions. Fold mashed pears and whipped topping into gelatin mixture. Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup ring mold. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Makes 6-8 servings.
