1-rack Baby back ribs, cut into 2-3 rib sections
Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
1 12oz can rootbeer
Favorite BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º
Coat 9x13 Pan with non stick spray
Add rib sections. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Leave meaty side up.
Pour in 1 can root beer. I try to pour around ribs not washing off seasonings. Cover, bake 3 hours. Remove ribs from pan & liquid. Finish ribs on grill with sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. Turning/coating each side couple times until sauce is caramelized.
These are fool-proof, fall off bone ribs.
