4 Lamb shanks, cut in cubes
1 c. French dressing with garlic
pineapple cubes
skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in dressing for 2 to 3 hours.
Brown in fat, add water and cover. Simmer for about an hour.
Serve on skewers with pineapple.
