1 pint Canned persimmons
2 Eggs
¼ cup Butter
2 cups Milk
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and taste. If bitter add up to a cup of sugar to taste.. Bake in a 300º oven in a shallow baking dish until firm.
