1 cup Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic
2 T herb de provonce
3 springs rosemay. Chopped
Salt and pepper to tase

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingrediants together and cover lamb.

Cook 400 for 20 minutes to internal temp of 120. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
