Crust

1 ¼ cups sifted flour
Pinch Salt
½ cup Powdered sugar
¾ cup Margarine, melted

Mix all crust ingredients very well and pat in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

 

Filling

4 Eggs
5 tbsp Lemon juice
4 tbsp Flour
2 cups Sugar
¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
While crust is baking prepare the filling. Beat eggs well and fold in lemon juice, flour, sugar and salt. Mix well and pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While hot sprinkle with powdered sugar.
