16 oz favorite pasta (I like penne or bowtie for this recipe)
1 24 oz jar pasta sauce
1 small onion (chopped)
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1 Tbsp EVOO
Parmesan Cheese to top pasta

Directions:

1. Put EVOO in your instant pot on saute setting
2. Add garlic and onion and cook
3. Add meat and brown (draining optional, lean meat doesn't need drained)
4. Add spices and stir
5. Add jar of sauce and stir
6. Add water
7. Add pasta (push down, DO NOT stir in pasta!)
8. Close lid, set to 10 min manual on high
9. Pressure release
10. Stir
11. Top with Parmesan Cheese
