2 cups Fruit cocktail, drained
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Chopped nuts
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit, egg and vanilla together then add dry ingredients. Pour into 8” square pan. Sprinkle top with nuts and brown sugar. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Top with whipped cream when serving.
