2 cups Pumpkin pie filling (16 oz can)
1 cup Sugar
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
1 ½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Salt
½ Gal Vanilla Ice cream, softened
36 Ginger snaps, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of 9x13 pan with crushed ginger snaps. Mix sugar and spices together and add to pumpkin. Fold in ice cream and pour into 9x13 pan. Put in freezer until frozen.
