1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 ea bananas (mashed)
3/4 cups white sugar
1 ea egg (lightly beaten)
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cups chopped walnuts (or more to your liking)

topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Lightly grease muffin tin or line with papers
3. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
4. In a separate bowl, beat together- bananas, sugar, egg, melted butter
5. Stir wet into dry
6. Pour into muffin tin
7. Topping: mix all ingredients and sprinkle onto top of uncooked muffins
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes!
