Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. RINGS (No other pasta will do!!)
3-4 celery stalks (middle is the most tender, and the greens are awesome in salad) chopped thin
1/2 medium onion, chopped small
1 can tuna salad (solid white albacore)
Hellman's Mayo
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add 1-2 Tbsp of salt then 1 lb of rings
2. Follow directions to cook perfectly (not hard and not mushy)
3. Pour into colander to cool (you can use a little water so it doesn't stick, but not too much)

**DO NOT PUT TOGETHER UNTIL YOU ARE GOING TO EAT IT!!
Prep and keep ingredients in a zip lock bag and add tuna, mayo, and salt and pepper just before eating

**Tuna has to be squeezed until dry. I grab a small amount at a time and squeeze in the sink until dry. Then I put in bowl to be mixed thoroughly.

***I use a LOT of mayo because the tuna and pasta soaks it up! Bring an unopened jar of mayo to your destination because you'll use approx. 3/4 of the jar. This is what makes it taste so good! Again, you can always add, not subtract.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of the most asked for side I have ever made! It actually tastes just like my moms! It's not very healthy, but worth every bite! What would summer or dinners at camp be without this staple!!??
