1 lb. ground Beef
1/4 cup uncooked long grain Rice
1 slightly beaten Egg
1 T snipped Oarsley
2 T finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Salt and Pepper
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Mix thoroughly, shape into about 20 small balls and place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes stirring often.

Can also be baked after the meatballs are browned and placed in baking dish, pour sauce over top and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
