2 cups cooked and diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups chicken broth or water
2 cups minute rice
seasonings to taste
1 can French Fried Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all soups, broth and chicken together on medium/low heat, stirring occasionally so it does not stick. When starts to bubble, - add Rice and stir then turn to low heat. Cover- cook about 20 minutes until rice is tender. Place in oven safe glass dish and top with French Fried Onions. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden brown.
