1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, red pepper, and salt. Add olive oil in a slow stream, whisking rapidly! Can omit the red pepper if desired. Really good on salad or pasta.
