1 lb shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
¼ cup flour
¼ cup cornmeal
1 tsp (+/-) Cajun seasoning, optional
2 eggs, beaten
canola oil (to fry in)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together flour, cornmeal and seasoning.

Dip shrimp in egg then in cornmeal mixture.

In a skillet, cook shrimp in ½" canola oil until golden and crisp (2-3 min).

Serve with tartar sauce.
