1 (15 oz) box pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
5 tsp sugar substitute for baking
1 cup sugar free breakfast syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c pecan halves
1/3 c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 0-inch glass pie pan as directed on box for one-crust filled pie.
In large bowl, mix eggs with the sugar substitute. Stir in syrup, vanilla and melted butter. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake 40-50 minutes or until filling is puffed and pie is golden brown. Completely cool, about 2 hours and store in refrigerator.

I made this for my dad who loves pecan pie but can't have sugar. It was really good, and if I hadn't told him it was sugar free, he never would have known. Really good and we all need a little less sugar!
