2-6 lb prime rib
1 c butter, softened
5 T minced garlic
1 T thyme
1 T oregano
1 T rosemary
1 T salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix butter, garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub butter mixture on the outside of the meat and put in a roasting pan with fat side up. Cook for 15 minutes and reduce the temperature to 325º. cook at that temperature for 15 minutes per pound and reaches an internal temperature of 110º. Remove from the oven and let rest for 20 minutes. Serve with horseradish sauce.
