- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- Hard Salami sliced thin from deli
- chopped green onion (3)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

**options: chop red or green peppers to spread

Directions:
Directions:
Place salami (or pepperoni) on large sheet of plastic wrap - slightly overlap rows and columns
- spread softened cream cheese across - thin (make sure it's softened - can use microwave)
- sprinkle green onion and red pepper flakes
- Roll up tightly on one end - tighten as you roll - remove cling wrap as you go

Wrap roll in cling wrap and refrigerate 4+ hours
- Unwrap & slice
