1 bag coleslaw mix
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 small package slivered almonds =1/2 cup ?
2 packages Oriental Ramen Noodles

Dressing
1/4 cup oil ( canola)
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup vinegar I use 1/2+1/2 seasoned rice & apple cider vinegars
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 packs of seasonings from Noodles

Fulley break noodles apart and combine with sunflower seeds & almonds mix well with 2 tablespoon melted butter & spread on sheet tray bake in 350* oven till lightly browned about 12- 15 minutes mixing 1/2 way through let cool add to slaw mix stir to combine.
Dressing: in jar with tight fitting lid combine oil,sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and the 2 packs of seasoning mixes from noodles and shake vigorously till fully incorporated add to slaw mixture mix until very well coated 1 hour before serving.

I use the spicey Ramen noodles but use your favorite also you can add cooked diced or shredded chicken or very small cooked shrimp using the chicken or shrimp flavored noodles
