2 lb ground beef (or turkey) (or both)
2 cans chili beans
1 can red beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
4 tbsp olive oil
1 finely chopped onion or dried onion flakes
1 small red bell pepper (optional)
1 tbsp garlic powder or dried garlic flakes
black pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
olive oil for sauté
water to get preferred consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat. Sauté the onions, garlic, pepper and seasoning (and red pepper, if desired) in olive oil in a large pot. Stir frequently. Add meat and remaining ingredients.

In Instant Pot cook 20 min. On stove, cook at least 2 hrs on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Can be cooked longer or all day in a slow cooker.

Serve hot with soda crackers, toast or Ritz crackers.

Easy to make. Can be refrigerated or frozen. It is delicious when thawed and microwaved. Flavors just continue to blend.
