Laura's Macaroni Salad Recipe

2 lbs elbow pasta
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
onion, finely diced
4 celery stalks, finely diced
4 carrots peeled and diced
cup pickle relish
3 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp grey poupon mustard
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cracked fresh pepper
dash hot sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

In large pot with salted water, boil pasta for 12-15 min until cooked. Stir often. Drain and cool. Refrigerate for 30 min. In large pot, put in eggs and covered with water. Bring to boil, boil 1 min. Take off heat and cover pot for 20 min. Drain water and run cool water in pot. When cool enough to handle, peel eggs and roughly dice. Place pasta in large bowl. Add onions, celery, carrots, eggs, relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
