3 8-oz boxes cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla

Topping: 1 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Sugar

Crust: 2 c graham crackers crumbs
6 oz butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pour butter into crumbs and mix. Place in springform pan and press on sides and bottom.
Mix batter and pour into pan on top of crumbs.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix topping together and pour onto cake you've removed after the 30 minutes. Spread to cover and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes more.
Remove and refrigerate until cold.

Heard about this recipe when I was getting my nails done. This cheesecake is supposed to be a soft type cheesecake.
