Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the vinegar and milk and set aside. Grease and flour the sides and bottom of 3 - 8 inch round cake pans that have the bottoms lined with parchment. In large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. In medium bowl, mix together liquid ingredients. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and mix for several minutes until well blended, scraping down sides. Divide equally into the 3 pans. Bake for 30 minutes, rotating pans half way through. Check with cake tester, bake additional 5 minutes if needed. Place on cooling racks for 20 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely before slicing each into 2 layers. For the frostings, cream the butter and vanilla together. Alternately add the sugar and cream until desired spreading consistency. For the chocolate, sift cocoa together with the sugar. And proceed as with the white. For the ganache, melt the butter and chocolate together and stir in the cream until the sauce is thick and smooth. To assemble cake, frost with white frosting between layers. Frost top and sides with chocolate frosting. Drizzle with cooled ganache. Sprinkle with choice of garnishes.
