1 (8 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. oleo
½ c. milk
½ c. instant rice
½ c. celery, diced
¼ c. onion, diced
2 inches Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes then uncover long enough to let the cheese brown. This can also be made with cooked regular rice.
