2 sticks butter
½ lb, very fine noodles
2 c. instant rice
2 small cans chicken broth
1 tsp. soy sauce
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 cans onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Add uncooked noodles and cook until lightly brown. Add uncooked rice and remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into 3 qt. casserole. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.
