1½ c. thinly sliced onions
3 tbsp. butter
6 c. beef broth
¼ tsp. pepper
6 slices French bread, toasted
½ c. Parmesan cheese
¾ c. Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until well browned. Add broth and pepper, cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes. Dish soup into individual casseroles and cover with toasted bread. Sprinkle cheese over toast. Heat in 375º oven about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Can be melted in the microwave.
