6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. celery
½ c. onion
2½ c. cubed potatoes
½ head broccoli
½ head cauliflower
1 c. carrots
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and bouillon. Add and cook celery, onions and potatoes for 20 minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Cook 10 minutes. Add small amount of soup to the cream of chicken mix to thin it. Add to pot of vegetables. Hunk Velveeta and heat in soup until melted. Serve right away.
