2½ c. oats, uncooked
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. sunflower nuts or chopped nuts
¼ c. wheat germ
⅓ c. honey
⅓ c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. raisins
Chocolate chips (Optional)
Coconut (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine all ingredients except raisins and optional items; mix well. Bake in lightly greased 13 X 9" pan for 20­-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in raisins and optional items. Spread mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet (or waxed paper) and cool. Store in cool, dry place or in refrigerator. Makes 6 cups.
