1 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar, light
½ c. dark corn syrup
½ tsp. baking soda (added last)
5 qts. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, margarine, brown sugar and dark corn syrup in large saucepan. Boil mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes (till it reaches hard boil stage). Do not stir while boiling. Take off heat and add baking soda. Stir well to mix. Immediately pour over popped corn (which has been put into a large container). Stir well to cover all kernels. Spread on two buttered cookie sheets. Bake in low oven 200º for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to separate. Remove from oven and stir until kernels no longer stick together. Store in air tight container.
