1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
12 oz. Rice Chex
2½ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter. Add Rice Chex and stir. Put in bag and add up to 2½ cups powdered sugar. Shake.
