4 t olive oil
1 ¼ # medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
6-8 cloves garlic
½ c low sodium chicken broth
½ c dry white wine
¼ c fresh lemon juice
¼ c + 1 T minced parsley
¼ t salt
¼ t fresh ground pepper
4 lemon wedges

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Sauté shrimp about 2-3 minutes until just pink. Add garlic and cook stirring constantly about 30 seconds. Transfer shrimp to a platter with a slotted spoon and keep warm while you make the sauce. In the skillet combine broth, wine and lemon juice. Stir in ¼ cup of the parsley, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Boil uncovered until sauce is reduced by half. Spoon sauce over shrimp and garnish with lemon wedge and remaining parsley.
