1lb chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1lb baby potatoes, cut in half
2 T olive oil
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ c cheddar cheese
4 T bacon bits
green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º F or grill to medium-high heat.
2. Lay out 4 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil that are at least 12 inches long.
3. Add the cut potatoes to a large bowl and season with half of the olive oil and half of the ranch mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Season the cubed chicken breasts with the remaining olive oil, ranch mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Top each piece of foil with an even amount of potatoes. Then, top the potatoes with an even amount of chicken.
6. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon bits evenly over each foil packet.
7. Fold up the long sides of the foil packet to seal, then, fold over the short sides. The folds should be about ½ inch leaving room between the food and the foil.
8. Bake in preheated oven or place on grill and close for 20-25 minutes.
