Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb any short pasta
1.5 cups milk, separated
2 tbsp flour
2 to 3 lbs cheese (I use a mix of Colby and cheddar)
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Make noodles per instructions, set aside.

Warm 1 cup milk over medium heat
Whisk 2 tbsp with 1/2 cup milk
Whisk in milk/flour mixture when milk begins to steam

Slowly add shredded cheese, whisking til it melts. Mix in 1/4 tsp dry mustard.

Combine cheese sauce and noodles, and it's already done!

I've also served this with bacon and carmelized onions. Or you could mix in broccoli, if you want to ruin it.
