Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 roll crescent sheet (or crescent dough)
1 wheel brie cheese
3 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet or pie dish with foil.

Roll out crescent sheet (if using crescent rolls, roll out and pinch together all seams, making sure there are no openings). Place brie in center of dough, and top with preserves. Pull up edges of the dough and bring them together on top of the brie, pinching edges together to seal in brie. If there is too much dough, trim off excess. Brush with egg.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
