4-6 pork chops
1½ cups rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can of the soup can of milk
½ cup grated Parmessan or Asciago cheese
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
You will bake in a 350º oven in a 9x13 inch pan.
1. Cook the rice. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
2. Season pork chops with a little of the spices. Brown both sides of the pork chops. Do not cook them completely. They will finish cooking in the oven.
3. Mix the soup, milk and cheese together, then mix in the cooked rice.
4. Grease the 9x13 inch pan. Put in the rice mixture. Top with the pork chops. Cover with foil. Cook about 20 minutes. Take off the foil and cook another 5 minutes. Make sure the pork chops are done.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the only meal I knew how to cook when I got married. But it has served me well over the years. You can always use leftovers, just keep the same idea, bake until warm. Use chicken, pork, rice, noodles, whatever you have on hand. You don't have to use cream of mushroom soup either.
