3-4 chicken breasts
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of dry ranch dressing seasoning
1 8oz block cream cheese (substitute sour cream if you don't have cream cheese)
1 can rotel (not drained)
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can hominy or corn (drained & rinsed)
1 4oz can green chiles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the black beans together. Put in the crock pot. Cook on low.
2. When the chicken is done, pull it out and shred it. Add the black beans and chicken back into the dish.
3. If it is dry, add a little water or broth. If it is runny, drain some of the liquid but save it for leftovers.
4. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and cilantro (optional)
5. Serve the leftovers over rice the next night. Add in the extra liquid back in to make it more saucy.
