1 large can sweet potatoes in syrup
1 egg
1 squirt of maple syrup
1 Tbs. molasses
3 oz. chopped pecans
Milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the potatoes; beat egg and add syrup, molasses, pecans. Mix well.
Add enough milk to create a consistency softer than standard mashed potatoes but not runny. Add cinnamon & nutmeg to taste.
Pour into a buttered casserole and bake until cooked through, approx. 1/2 hour. Decorate with marshmallows if desired.
