3 cups sugar
1 5oz can evaporated milk
1½ sticks margarine
1 12oz pkg mini chocolate chips
1 7oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, margarine and milk to large microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave on high 3½ minutes. Stir and return to microwave additional 3½ minutes. Repeat 2 more times, stirring down sides each time. Remove and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add marshmallow creme and stir until combined. Add pecans if desired. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish. 8 x 8 for thick fudge or 9 x 13 for thinner pieces. Refrigerate until set. Cut into desired pieces and serve.
