1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
1 med onion diced
1 t dried Italian seasoning
½ t garlic powder
½ t salt
¼ t black pepper
2 c chicken or beef stock
8 oz uncooked whole wheat or regular spaghetti
3 c marinara

Directions:
Directions:
Turn the instant pot to sauté.
Add the meat, onions, spices and cook until the meat is browned and crumbly
Turn the sauté off.
Add the stock to the meat and stir until combined
Break the spaghetti in half and lay them on the meat fanning them out in all directions (this will prevent them from sticking together
Pour the marinara over the spaghetti DO NOT STIR
Put the instant pot lid on and put the valve to the sealing position
Cook on manual for 5 mins (for pasta with a cook time of 7-9 mins) or 7 mins (for pasta with a 9=11 min cook time.
When done do a quick release.
Remove the lid and stir.
Wait 3-5 mins then serve
