1 head cabbage
1/2 carrot
1/2 green pepper
1/8 red onion
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 -3 T. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar. Stir vigorously until well combined. Taste and adjust ingredients by small amounts to desired sweet/sour flavor. Set aside. Vinegar will dissolve sugar as it sits.

Clean and core cabbage. If using a food processor or Ninja, cut cabbage into chunks. Add half head to processor and chop to desired size. Dump into large mixing bowl and process remaining cabbage, carrot, pepper and onion. Combine with first batch and stir until evenly distributed. Salt and pepper. Stir dressing and pour all over cabbage mixture. Stir until well mixed. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
