Directions:
Directions:
Tear newspapers into fine strips. Soak in flour and water mixture for a few minutes. Cover a balloon or wire creature you created with the soaked strips. When using a flour mix, dont make too many layers so it can dry. Make sure to make a hanger with a string and cover. Let dry for a week. Pop the balloon if used. Paint with kids paints and hang to dry. Cut a hole in the top to fill right before breaking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We made a pinata every Christmas, Christmas tree, donkey, ELMO were just a few we made. Lots of fun, messy, but worth it!
