Ingredients:  
4 T butter
¼ # thinly sliced dried beef, cut in strips
¼ c finely chopped onions
3 T flour
¼ t celery salt
¼ t pepper
2 c milk
4 oz chopped green chilies
Biscuits for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and add beef and onions. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until mixed. Add milk and stir until well blended. Add chopped chilies and cook and stir until thickened and starts to boil. serve over split biscuits. Works will with smoked venison or sausage crumbles.
