1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1½ c. sweetened coconut flakes
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
4 c. powdered sugar
Extra powdered sugar or canned milk chocolate icing

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease 9 x 13 pan well Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour 1/2 batter over coconut and pecans. Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar. Microwave on low for 20 seconds at a time. Stirring between until thin enough to pour. Pour over cake batter and swirl slightly. Pour rest of cake batter over top and spread. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. It will rise up high and then sink and get ugly as it cools. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar or frost with canned icing. If using icing, microwave for a few second and stir to make spreading easier.
