1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 t. vanilla
1⅓ c. sweetened coconut flakes
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Cool until thick enough to spread. Beat occasionally until ready to top cake.
