Ingredients:  
1 large bulb of garlic (not a clove, the entire bulb)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup good balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grape seed or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 2 loaves french bread

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic in bowl. Sprinkle salt and red pepper over top. Pour oil and vinegar.
Cut bread into small squares. Serve with spoon to pour sauce over bread.
