2½ c. sugar
1⅛ c. oil
1½ c. milk
1½ tsp. almond extract
1½ tsp. vanilla
1½ tsp. butter extract
3 c. flour
1¼ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. baking powder
1½ Tbsp. poppy seed
Glaze:
1/2 c. OJ
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In kitchen-aid mixer, mix all wet ingredients up to flour. Mix flour, salt, baking powder. and poppy seeds in small bowl. Add to mixer in batches until dough comes together. Add to 2- 4.5" x 8.5" loaf pans buttered, lined with parchment paper. Bake 350º about 52 minutes or until golden brown. Remove loaves from pan, cool on wire rack.
When cool, drizzle with glaze.
Glaze: Mix OJ, sugar, and vanilla.
