1 - 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 egg
2 eggs separated
1 cup heavy cream whipped
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Melt chocolate chips over hot, not boiling water (double boiler). Beat in whole egg and 2 yolks one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat whites until they form peaks when beater is raised. Fold in cream. Whipped and chocolate
