4 potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1½ cup water
1 envelope Lipton's Recipe Secrets beefy onion soup
1 (3 to 3½ lb.) boneless beef pot roast (rump, chuck, or round)
2 to 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Mix together water and soup mix and pour over the top. Dredge roast in flour and place into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
